The business content Sally writes include long-form articles on business topics, company newsletter and blog items and thought leadership pieces. She works with entrepreneurs and thought leaders to develop and polish their short and long-form communications, including projects writing non-fiction books.
She has also written speeches for personal and professional events, created materials for delivery in workshops, produced writing style guides to support brand persona and voice, and writes scripts and short narratives to dramatise specific corporate messages. Among other projects Sally undertakes are the developmental editing of non-fiction texts and editing of procedural and technical documents.

Her expertise and skills arise from 20 years’ experience in the education sector. Sally has guided hundreds of students in improving the clarity and structure of their academic writing. She created course materials and was responsible for day-to-day communications with different stakeholders.
Through leadership roles, she extended her writing proficiency to a wider range of professional communications, along with her skills in mentoring colleagues and facilitating professional development. Before working as a writer and her career in education, Sally worked in customer service and other roles in the retail, hospitality and entertainment sectors.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and completed a Graduate Bachelor of Education at James Cook University, in Australia. Passionate about professional and personal learning, she continues reading and studying and has completed short courses on topics too numerous to mention.
As a writer, she is active in expanding her knowledge and craft and sharing that with others.
